At Long Crichel Bakery our skilled artisan bakers use traditional techniques and the best organic ingredients to make our unique & delicious bread. Time is our secret, our breads are allowed to prove slowly through several stages, creating great texture and taste. We don’t add anything to prolong shelf life – no additives, enhancers, improvers or enzymes. Most of our bread is baked in a wood-fired oven producing a unique taste and crust.
